CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid disruption and lost business I operate a cancellation policy.

An appointment can be rescheduled if 24 hours notice or more is given with no charge.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.

If you fail to turn up to your appointment, 100% of the cost will be due and no further bookings can be made until this has been cleared.
